Her Freshman Year Review

Everyone knows that chicks just starting out into college are likely to be wilder than those who aren't and mainly this has to do with being out of the home for the first time. You need only look at spring break in Florida to figure this out, but on Her Freshman Year we get a different angle on the theme. Basically, these girls need money and while I am sure that they can party it up like other college chicks, the babes here are more desperate to just pay for their classes.

HerFreshmanYear is part of a larger network called TeamSkeet and you'll find yourself on the network page the moment you sign into the site. From here you can manoeuvre to 13 sites including HerFreshmanYear. The other twelve sites offer different themes and while there are some other types of girls, a lot of the themes revolve around teens and coeds. Some sites that you might find of interest include InnocentHigh, ShesNew, SelfDesire and POVLife.

Navigating the network is a cinch and there are plenty of options to search, sort and filter the exclusive Her Freshman Year content, as well. The problem with searching by keywords through this site is that the results that get returned will often contain scenes from the other bonus sites. The reason for this is likely the lack of HerFreshmanYear content.

I remember reviewing this site back in 2010 and I felt that it had a lot of promise. However, over the last two years the number of episodes increased from 17 to 20 and this is quite unfortunate. The last update was in 2011, so at this point I wouldn't hold my breath for an increase of content. Basically, it looks like the membership fee is paying for the network because it sure wouldn't be worth paying for this site alone, no matter how hot the young co-eds seem.

While this is not great news, at least you can anticipate hot action and some good quality. All the videos are presented in high quality, just as they were back in 2010 and there are even a few more options. There are still screencaps and digital photos, but the 1050x700 size photos haven't changed. They are decent enough and clear and there are slideshows and .zip downloads, and they are the original quality. There are some nice full body and close-up shots, but I wouldn't say that the pictures are spectacular or anything.

Videos can be previewed since there is a trailer and of course the screencaps and descriptions give an overall picture of the action. You can stream the films online and there is a Flash and WMV option. In addition, there are one-minute clips and 10-minute parts and there is a 'best of' options. The 'Best of' clips are 10 minutes on average and contain only the best moments from the episode. As for full-length downloads, there are plenty of options including iPod, MPEG, QuickTime and low, normal and HD WMV (2120kbps, 1280x720) options.

Final Verdict

It's not that the girls of HerFreshmanYear aren't cute. It's not that they aren't willing to do anything to pay their way through school and it's not that Her Freshman Year doesn't offer thrills and good quality thrills, but rather it just doesn't offer enough. Without the bonus network, a membership to Her Freshman year wouldn't be worth the time. There are 20 episodes online and while the quality is good and the action offers a nice range of hardcore, the site has only had three updates in two years.
